Changa is waiting for you in its winter house in Siraselviler. We must underline the restaurant’s stylish decora­tion as well as its presentati­ons and flavors which make the difference. FRANKIE ISTANBUL RESTAURANT BAR-LOUNGE

Kaya Demirer we know from Topaz, Niş and Karaf manages this place. The restaurant’s music and stage director is also a master, Sezen Aksu. Gaja is located on the 14th floor of Swissotel. It has a beautiful view from Dolmabahce palace to Üsküdar. The restaurant’s chef is William Mahi who is an award-winning chef. We can underline the wine menu that is as rich as the menu that Mahi created. The Ehlikeyf menu that has a price of 225 liras is one of the most important trump cards of the restaurant. Fresh squid cooked on the grill, homemade tagliatelle, are some of delicious options. It’s open every day between 19.00 and 22.30.

Mimolett created by Murat Bo­zok, was very remarkable with its branch in Bodrum last sum­mer. Bozok who got inspired from the Yalıkavak and Bodrum markets, is preparing fla­vors such as citrus and fig jams, handmade noodles, pick­led pappers and tarhana to share with Mimolett frequen­ters. In addition, on certain days of the month they are or­ganizing concept dinner nights such as Beyoğlu dishes, Antak­ya flavors. A nice meal’s pri­ce in Mimolett costs an avera­ge of 150 liras. Topaz, which is a paradise for those who are open to expe­rimental and courageous fla­vors, includes Mediterrane­an and Ottoman cuisine in its menu with a different interp­retation.
